How KEC is installed?
Installation must be done by a license electrician. To do otherwise
voids the warranty.
The KEC is attached to the top 220/240 volt breaker/200amp service.
By installing the KEC in this location, you are hitting both sides of the bus
bar in your panel
insuring amperage surge protection.

| Turn breaker to the KVAR unit on |

1. Hang KEC unit on wall
2. Take panel cover off and drill a 7/8 inch hole in corner.
3. Turn off top 220/240 breaker
4. Connect the green wire to grounding bar.
5. Loosen two screws under breaker.
6. Slip the two red wires under the two screws and tighten.
7. Turn breaker back on and replace cover.
8. Light should be lit.
